Friends of Adeline celebrates Malcolm X and community building

Friends of Adeline brings the community together to celebrate the neighborhood, motivate people to take action in addressing issues that plague our us.

Join us for a night of fun, education, and networking as we celebrate Malcolm X’s birthday on Saturday the 19th of May at the South Berkeley community church

The Program :

Speech by Gus Newport and Potluck: 5-7 pm

Film Screening: “Welcome to the Neighborhood” by Pam Uzzell 7 – 7: 45 pm

Music and Poetry: 8- 9 pm
